Bring On The Night

At Odrin, we believe that just a few key wardrobe items can take you a long way. So we’ve taken three basics every modern man should own, and shown how you can incorporate them into a stylish look for a night out

50 Shades of Dark

Dressing for night time can be as simple as choosing the right colours to wear. Leave light, summery bright shades for the daytime, and dig for deeper shades of your favourite wardrobe staples for a night out. This rule applies to some of your favourite casual items too, like t-shirts, sneakers and accessories.

Styling Tip: Your best color choices for a night out are dark shades of blue, green, and red. Choose hues like navy blue, army or bottle green, and burgundy. Plus, you can’t go wrong with classic shades of grey and black.

Do Denim AFter Dark

Whether you’re stylish, cool or casual, a great pair of jeans can be all the above. Jeans are the ultimate staple, and can easily go from day to night. When choosing denims for a night on the town, go for a more dressed up pair that is darker, simple. Go for darker shades like classic blue, indigo, black or grey

Styling Tip: Stay away from bold washes and cuts, as well as lightweight and light fabrics after dark – these easy-wearing styles are best reserved for daytime.

Repurpose Your Best Suit

If you don’t work in a strictly formal corporate environment, you might not find enough opportunities to get to wear your favorite suit. But with a few simple style edits that stray from the traditional, you can get away with a toned down formal look on a night out. We love how Odrin Man, Roy, repurposes his grey made-to-measure Odrin suit for night by swapping out a formal shirt for a casual tee & sneakers.

Styling Tip: Style your suits as separates to create two trusty outfits – a dark suit jacket makes a great addition over a casual tee paired with jeans; while suit pants can do double duty with a casual tee or sweater.
